These terms apply when you use gingerindia.com or buy Ginger India products from it. The website and products are operated and sold by AZ Plus Licenses Private Limited ("we", "us"), registered at registered office address. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We sell Ginger Shot and Turmeric Shot, ready-to-drink food products made from ginger and turmeric. Product photos are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly. Ingredients, nutrition information, storage directions and best-before dates are printed on each bottle.

Health information

Our products are foods, not medicines. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information about ginger and turmeric on this site summarises published research for general interest.

Please consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take blood-thinning or diabetes medication, have gallbladder problems, have a known allergy to ginger or turmeric, or are buying for a child.

Pricing and payment

• Products are sold in packs of 5 bottles at ₹3,999 per pack. You can mix Ginger and Turmeric bottles within a pack.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of all applicable taxes. Delivery within India is free.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
• We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is out of stock, the delivery address isn't serviceable, the price was displayed incorrectly because of an error, or we suspect fraud.

Using this website

You agree to give accurate details when ordering and not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful. Products are sold for personal use, not for resale.

Intellectual property

The Ginger India name, logo, mascot, product designs, photos and text on this website belong to AZ Plus Licenses Private Limited and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions or complaints can be sent through our Contact page, which also lists our grievance officer.
