Free delivery across India

Every order of Ginger India shots ships free to any serviceable PIN code in India. There are no minimum order values and no hidden delivery charges. You pay the price shown at checkout.

Dispatch time

Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 working days of successful payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time

• Metro cities: usually 2–4 working days after dispatch
• Other cities and towns: usually 4–7 working days after dispatch
• North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep: usually 7–10 working days after dispatch

These are estimates. Weather, festivals, strikes and courier delays can occasionally add time.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we send the courier name and tracking number to the mobile number you gave at checkout.

Serviceable areas

We ship only within India. If your PIN code isn't covered by our courier partners, we'll contact you and give you a full refund.

Receiving your order

Please check the package when it arrives. If it is damaged, opened or leaking, take a photo and tell us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens next.

If a delivery fails because the address was incorrect or nobody was available after repeated attempts, the courier returns the package to us and we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Storage after delivery

Store bottles as directed on the label. We recommend keeping them in the fridge and drinking them chilled.
